I was asked to create a wall design for the newly renovated interior of Thirtythree. A drop-in house where the youth can relax, study, follow seminars, talk and come for counseling and guidance. This is all done from a Christian perspective. The purpose of the illustrations where to reflect the values that this place has. The main illustration was this man who gets up, as seen directly underneath this paragraph. I wanted to show a process of the dead coming to life, a resurrection if you will. Here we can see the progress of man, where we make mistakes, make sacrifices, make patience and make perseverance. The other mural shows values, like safety, honesty, faith, growth and victory.
